The location is fantastic, being close to the vibrant town center, the beach, and the old town, and the economy double room with a balcony is brand new.

The owners and the staff were very polite and helpful in everything. The hotel is very close to the centre of the town (about ten minutes with feet) and silmutaneously very close (about 5 minutes) to a well organised beach.

The service is fantastic, includes private parking. The room is spotless with the lafrgest balcony. The hotel offers generous meal in the morning with olives, ham, marmelade. The staff are very welcoming, managed the parking nearby.

The Ideon is a quiet, well run small family hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the owners could not have been more helpful and friendly in going out of their way to make ones stay pleasant. The family which runs this hotel are resourceful and accomodating to the guest's needs. It's located roughly midway between the beach outside of the Old Town of Chania and the Old Town itself, convenient to both destinations. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed. I recommend it very highly.

Meget venligt og hjaelpsomt personale. Det ligger i gaafstand fra den store by med den gamle og nye bydel. Lige i naerheden af strandpromenaden med mange restauranter. Hotellet er lidt gammelt og der er meget lydt, det ligger lige midt mellem beboelses ejendomme . Nogle af madrasserne er ret harde. Men stadig good value for money.

The staff at Hotel Ideon are incredibly helpful and friendly. the room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with a kettle and fridge. the late check-in option was a lifesaver for me. And the best part is that the hotel is just a 1-minute walk from the beach.

Very friendly staff and the location was superb very close to the old city and just 200m from the beach. We enjoyed the breakfast in the roof terrace

Excellent little hotel located close to the seashore. Unbeatable and particularly good location a short walk from Chania town and the old town.
